I was thinking this just had to be good to be true because I did not receive any emails after placing my order. I am so happy you contacted me by phone to explain the problem with the non-delivery errors due to a spam filter. It's all sorted now and they even solved the issue with my email client also! Well first off I am not a technical guy so my pc skills are not the best LOL. Needless to say I got myself in trouble installing some of the programs probably because I complicate things on my own. A few support emails later and everything was running just fine. I highly recommend them and will come back to purchase more software I need.

I swear some times I think these guys just don't sleep, whenever I send an email they respond in a timely manner. I did use one or two competitors in the past but the lack of support and barely understandable english is just a waste of time, which I can not spare as I need to run a business. Any new business I buy from need to prove themselves before I even think about recommending them to my friends. Needless to say these guys have earned it.

I am very impressed with my first purchase from your website! I placed two orders not realizing I could have combined all the software titles into one order.
